Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a specific camera to start?
No. We teach principles that apply across brands. You will benefit from any interchangeable-lens camera that supports manual exposure and log or flat profiles if available.
How are the modules structured?
Each course uses sprints: watch, apply, log results, and review. Checklists and printable run sheets help you reproduce on-set behavior during practice.
What levels do you offer?
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. You can filter the catalog by level and category to find a sequence that fits your goals.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes, course completion certificates are issued for your records. We do not claim they guarantee employment or income.
What equipment is required for practice sprints?
A basic camera kit with a standard zoom or prime, a sturdy support (tripod or monopod), and simple light-modifying tools like bounce or diffusion are sufficient to start.
How long do I have access to a course?
Lifetime access to purchased courses, including updates to lessons and run sheets when workflows evolve.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund if less than 20% of the course has been viewed. Contact support with your order details to begin the process.
Can I get feedback on my practice footage?
Select courses include feedback rubrics. You can self-assess against benchmarks or request structured review during scheduled critique windows.
